So I think that this question shouldn’t even be asked because it tells me that you don’t read and follow what the patient is or has told you. Regina wouldn’t ask this question because she would have listened to what I said about her the first time. She might ask a different question.

She had clearly reviewed my records and results of the download of my CPAP machine, even knowing that it had not been properly uploading data on a nightly basis. She had already put together a game plan on how to proceed, but took the time to ask if I had any concerns and covered all of the areas she might provide assistance with.
