Dr. Mason always takes great time with me. Always answers my questions. Very polite, yet down to earth.

Dr Mason really pays attention to the “whole “ me. He has been very good about asking me questions and entering into real discussions about my health

Dr. Mason is not only my doctor but in the past year he has also worked with me on my chronic pain issues. He listens as I sometimes ramble on and then he asks if what he is hearing is this…..and then we form a plan. Earlier this year he set up some PT for me at the local Y. The work was hard but helped to get me walking again - and now both my husband and I are members at that YMCA.

Takes the time to listen to what you’re saying. Even though he’s moving you along he still gets you to talk as well. In and out fast.

Dr. Mason is our whole household's PCP. From ages 15mo old to 77 years old. We have never had a negative experience with him. He is attentive to all of our various healthcare needs. Responds quickly to MyChart messages and always explains labs/diagnosis/medications in a way easy to understand. Excellent bedside manner. He's the type of doctor Norman Rockwell painted about. MA Taye that works with Dr. Mason is the BEST MA in the office. Always upbeat, kind, and does every part of her job at 100%. MA's set the tone for the whole appointment and she's amazing. Also, she is happy interacting with Rachel with immunizations, she's the only one I want doing it.

I’m very happy with Dr Mason as my health care provider.

Dr. Mason is very personable and seems to recall past visits even though I only have appointments 1-2 times a year. He is easy going and explains everything in a simple manner.

Dr Mason has shown me so very much grace in his care. I hurt a lot and it scares me and I take a lot of meds and I don’t move enough and I eat poorly and I want to be around for a while longer. Dr. Mason discussed the meds - could I cut back? Next he referred me to PT at my local Y and 3 months later I’m moving safer and stronger and also joined the Y. And now we’re - team effort here - starting to look at what I eat. I will be 74 tomorrow and I am so appreciative that Dr. Mason is willing to help me have few more years of an active and amazing life.
