She was open to hearing my concerns and understanding and supportive when I elected to do a little bit extra testing to put my mind at ease. She made sure to go over results with me clearly and answer an additional questions I had.

My daughter generally does not do well at appointments. I was worried she would be upset/irritable, especially since it was an urgent care visit and she wasn’t feeling well. Rikki was very kind and made the exam fun. My daughter even laughed and smiled. Definitely the best experience we’ve had.
