Dr Starr and his Nurse Kim were both very polite, professional, and explained all I need to expect regarding my upcoming surgery. They answered all my questions in an easy for me to understand way, which I appreciated.

After the exam ,he didn't leave the room until he helped me sit up .I didn't feel like a number.

There were delays, I understand the Dr had been out of the office for 3 months, then turned into 4 months. By then it was the holidays and he was booked up. Everything was a long, drawn out process.

They all were very nice and very professional and willing to help

I have questions that need to be answered before I make a decision on having the procedure. The exam was very informational and the literature given was very helpful and gave me more questions to ask.

My doctor always greets my with a cheerful smile and sincere how are you doing . He allows time to listen to patients needs before administering medical care. His patient listening skills are excellent .
