Dr Ward is the best - he takes time to listen, gives care needed and has saved us - do not know where we would be without him - never let him leave!

More doctors need to listen and be as helpful as he is and as knowledgeable he referred me to doctors for something that doesn’t really pertain to his practice but was knowledgeable in it

He explains it in a way that I understand

Overall care is very good, but a 90 minute wait seems excessive. Maybe it was due to a patient needing extra care, and I am ok with that, but my suspicion is that it may be due to cost cutting measures like overbooking appointments.
