Dr Ward never gave up and found I had a rare syndrome. He has been my Dr for years and is always pleasant and really cares. I thank God that Dr Ward is My Dr.

Overall care is very good, but a 90 minute wait seems excessive. Maybe it was due to a patient needing extra care, and I am ok with that, but my suspicion is that it may be due to cost cutting measures like overbooking appointments.
