About the Provider
I wanted to be a doctor since I was a child. While other kids played dress-up with Barbie dolls, I would play doctor, making casts for their “broken legs” out of flour, water, and tissue paper.
I appreciate that in family medicine, I get to treat older patients, middle-aged patients, and newborns. My goal is to meet you where you are and work toward your optimal health. When I’m asked about vaccines or the risks of new medications, I will explain common side effects and remind you that you can always reach out to me with questions.
I am passionate about seeing whole families, as an individual’s health is usually linked to their family members’ health. Fixing medical conditions isn’t always possible, but developing a relationship where we can work on making you the healthiest version of yourself is. I find the relationships I have developed with patients over the years to be deeply rewarding.

Dr. O'Meara listened to me and understood my complex underlying issues. She was able to assess my needs and develop a plan of care. Im feeling better than I have been in years. And most of all I feel supported and heard. Several doctors I've had do not have the listening skills or the ability to qualify needs. She is good at her job and we need more doctors like her.
