About Ryan Carrier
About the Provider
As a pediatric neurologist, I specialize in diagnosing and treating neurologic diseases and disorders that affect the brain, spinal cord, or nerves in infants, kids, and teens. I’m also very interested in neurogenetics, a specialized field combining neurology and genetics.
I believe knowledge is empowering. So, I take time with all of my patients to actively listen to their needs and concerns, and address any questions they might have. My goal is to clearly explain causes of brain and nerve disorders so patients and families can understand what’s happening in the body and the “why” behind different treatment options.
I find it rewarding to provide reassurance through education. By empowering patients and families with knowledge, I see myself as helping them navigate their medical conditions with more comfort and confidence.
