I got into medicine in order to use my knowledge and skills to promote health in the communities I grew up in. I’m particularly interested in LGBTQ+ health, preventive medicine, and women’s health.
My overall approach is rooted in partnership. As a family medicine physician, I see myself as part of your team, using evidence-based care to help you make informed decisions to prevent health problems or alleviate bothersome symptoms you may be having.
I love being a voice for people who otherwise don’t have one and being an advocate for their health. I also enjoy educating my community on ways to improve health and stay healthy.
