He was very rude

He is very knowledgeable and he seems to instill confidence that your pain will be lessened as much as possible.

He seems very genuine in trying to help me diagnose what is wrong with me so we can come up with a good solution.

Im very grateful to him for providing pain relief. I cant thank him enough.

Dr Felix does what he can to make sure he helps with the pain. He's limited by insurance and medication best practices and he definitely adheres to those limitations.

My injections went well. I tend to be nervous, but the treatment team was fun and the procedure went fast and well.

During the procedure Dr. Felix always asked if I had any questions or any pain.

Could have stayed in the room longer. I had more questions to ask. He was in and out in less then 30 seconds.

I left my appointment, very defeated and felt unheard. The doctor lacked empathy and was very condescending in his approach. Definitely not a good experience!
