Professionalism and excellent “bed side manner”.

Dr. Felix and his staff made me feel very comfortable while we were at his office. It was very easy to get an appointment to see him. Thank you and his staff.

I have been going to Ryan g or a while now.he always set down and talked to me about how am I doing and did the last shot help any and all the nurses are very helpful

Didn't feel like he was trying to rush the appt. He sat and talked to me!

Dr. Felix took his time to listen to my concerns. He explained things in detail and answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed.

He was very rude

He is very knowledgeable and he seems to instill confidence that your pain will be lessened as much as possible.

He seems very genuine in trying to help me diagnose what is wrong with me so we can come up with a good solution.

Im very grateful to him for providing pain relief. I cant thank him enough.

I feel very positive that Dr Felix understands my issues. The hope is that my spine responds to the medication & treatment that is prescribed. Dr Felix explained next steps if what he has prescribed doesn’t quite do what we expect. In either case I am very satisfied with the course we are on.

Excellent! Clearly knows exactly what he's doing because I'm currently pain free as long as I follow his instructions. This is someone you should make a point of retaining.

Dr Felix does what he can to make sure he helps with the pain. He's limited by insurance and medication best practices and he definitely adheres to those limitations.

My injections went well. I tend to be nervous, but the treatment team was fun and the procedure went fast and well.

During the procedure Dr. Felix always asked if I had any questions or any pain.

Could have stayed in the room longer. I had more questions to ask. He was in and out in less then 30 seconds.

No complaints whatsoever.

I left my appointment, very defeated and felt unheard. The doctor lacked empathy and was very condescending in his approach. Definitely not a good experience!

I need a cortisone shot but can’t get in for that until middle of April. My initial visit would have been in April but I lucked into a cancellation!
