She was very good, answered my questions and had good recommendations

I loved how she offered other options to me since the CPAP machine didn't work out.

This was my first virtual appointment so it's hard to read a person this way but she seems quite tired and again, had very little to say until I asked the questions. I guess I hoped for more information right up front. She's a nice person though.

Sahra has exceptional bedside manners, I am very happy with my care from her.

She was fine. I was a little confused because I thought I had a plan from my physician, but for scheduling reasons I needed my follow up with her. Her plan is just a little different - and her expectations a bit different. I'm not inherently against them but I was caught off guard.

Sahra is excellent at what she does. She listens she explains and makes you feel important that you are the only thing that matters at that time. She is an asset to Corwell and you better not lose her!

Sahra has a way of putting you at ease when you may be somewhat apprehensive if you've never used a CPAP device before.

Nice lady, listened to my concerns and acted to alleviate them. Also liked she said if I had problems sleeping, they can help.

Easy and friendly manner and very informative.

She was very good, but when I called in on the phone number I got someone from a different country who misunderstood when I said I had a cold and could not use the machine for a couple of days. They thought I meant I was cold and not getting enough heat and turned up my machine.
