I am thankful Samual is on my care team he made sure to explain what he seen from the test results and the I understood what the plan was moving forward. I want to point out that his nurse was very caring I explained I wasn’t feeling well from the drive in on the icy roads do to having PTSD and she got me a glass of water and check on me made sure I was doing ok. Thank you all for the care I was giving I look forward to have you as my care team

This was the first time I met Sam, but l felt at ease and comfortable with him right away, which helped me trust him.
