Samuel Yost, MD, MPH, specializes in obstetrics and gynecology. He provides a wide range of women's health services such as: general gynecology, preventative care, high and low risk obstetrics, family planning and contraception, and hormone therapy. Surgical and non-surgical gynecological condition management (abnormal bleeding, pelvic pain, fibroids, and ovarian cysts) are always offered. Dr. Yost completed his medical education at Homer Stryker MD School of Medicine at Western Michigan University, and completed his residency at University of Michigan. He has a strong focus on providing patient-centered care, and revels in teaching/ helping each patient better understand and improve their health. Outside of work, Dr. Yost enjoys spending time with his family and cats, traveling, reading, being outdoors, and exercising.

    He addressed all my concerns in this 1 visit and also suggested an ultrasound to check for hidden issues. I had “all” my tests and exams done in 1 day. I was very impressed and happy.

    I feel that the doctor is great. Howe er, his office staff does not seem to care and cannot seem to make sure patients get the care they need. As a BOA myself at another Corewell practice, I go above and beyond for thre patients in my office. Everyone else should too. The doctors that have treated me are great and that is why I continue coming there over the last several years
