She was very polite and respectful.

She made sure to adapt to my situation. Where she had a mask on and I am a lip reader. She couldn’t take her mask off so we adjusted my close to her and she talked towards my good hearing ear so I was sure to hear her. I was so grateful for this. Being a hearing impaired person it so scaring going to medical appointment and foresters not being caring but Sara was amazing and so polite.
