I got into health care because I’m passionate about serving others, lifelong learning, and making genuine connections with people. My job gives me the opportunity to support others when they need it most. I am especially enthusiastic about psychiatry, mental health, and the link between mental and physical well-being.

My approach to care is grounded in collaboration and empathy. I want each patient to know that we are partners in their journey. Every patient and treatment plan is unique, and I will take time to understand who you are as whole person— your values, struggles, and goals — so that you feel heard, respected, and empowered. We will move at a comfortable pace, make treatment decisions together, and adjust as needed.

It brings me incredible joy to be trusted with each person’s story and support them on their path toward better health. I love witnessing growth, whether it’s a major breakthrough or a small step forward. Seeing someone regain hope, function, or confidence they're on the right path is so meaningful.
