Scott D Bendix, MD

Scott Bendix, MD is a vascular surgeon specializing in both open and endovascular surgery. He grew up in West Bloomfield, MI and attended the University of Michigan for his undergraduate degree and Wayne State University for his medical degree. Dr. Bendix completed a surgical internship at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and completed his general surgery residency training at Providence-Providence Park Hospital in Southfield, MI. He then completed his specialty training in vascular surgery at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit. His special interests include minimally-invasive endovascular procedures, peripheral arterial disease, carotid disease, venous disease and varicose veins, aortic aneurysms, and hemodialysis access. He enjoys resident and medical student teaching. His personal hobbies include golf, tennis, and enjoying time outdoors.
