I will not be returning

She was not polite. Seem irritated because my PCP ordered test before the visit with her. The patient was sitting on the exam table the doctor still questioned who the patient was. You can tell she was in pain to focus on providing quality care especially for a new patient. Anyways I will not returning anyways just want to say something so the the next new patient doesn’t feel the way I felt leaving the appointment. I felt she down played everything I spoke to about. Hope she gets well from her injury.

Continue the excellent bedside manners and being showing care and concern. She treats me like family.

Dr Stewart was exceptional she took her time with me to explain and answer all of my questions. However that was the filthiest doctor office I have ever visited. The same ball of dust was still underneath the bed that I pointed out to the office manager the a week later when I came back for follow up. That’s completely unacceptable! Obviously the cleaning crew is getting paid for not doing their jobs. They should be addressed!

She interacts with her computer too much while she talks to you instead of you being the sole and full focus of her attention.

She seems to be working on her computer more during the appointment that she is listening to me. I understand charting is important, but the visit is so short to begin with it’s hard to have time to ask questions when all the time is spent typing.

I plan to have her as my rheumatoid specialist for a the duration.

She examined me and explained what she was doing , and answered my questions.

Very attentive and caring

Seen promptly, exam was clear and thorough.

Taking some time to review past notes before the appointment would go a long way in knowing the history before the appointment. I feel like I’m starting over with each visit.

She was wonderful

I highly recommend her, I think she’s fantastic!

Dr Stewart listen to my questions and her responses were very detailed. Explained what every blood test meant and why it was needed.

Sharonda Stewart seems 10 steps ahead of me. When she would ask me questions I would wonder how does she know that about me. She's so knowledgeable as she was doing my exam.
