He wanted to make sure we understood the surgery process. Why it was being done and how he was and what he is going to do. He was very thorough and understanding and wanted to make sure we were clear on it.

You might consider some of the answers contradictory. I don’t. The result I sought was to no longer have to attend these follow-up’s. This was the result. So it might even be considered a win/win situation. Our problem was with his attitude. There was no justification for his abrupt almost hostile manner
