Very thorough and explain things

I was pleased with my first appointment with Mrs. Stephanie Smith. She immediately put me at by giving her complete and, total attention . She explained everything completely and, asked questions about the issues i was concerned with and then fully explained anything I showed concern with. She completely put me at ease with her and, I left the appointment feeling that we had definitely covered the issues i was concerned with and she had got the same back from me. I look forward to seeing her again at my next scheduled appointment! I also felt as that should questions arise before our next visit that i or my support people should feel free to reach out to her with any additional concerns.
