Stephanie Eckstein, PA-C

I had called the office before my appt. to see if I should get an exray before so we could go over it at the appt but noone ever returned my call. Stephanie is very nice and kind but I'm use to a more indepht appt where I'm examined, tested to see where my range of motion is and the spots of pain and shown the results and explained what they show and compare the recent results with the past ones showing them on the computer. Stephanie did set up an appt for more injections and a MRI but I have to come back to talk with her about the results which means ANOTHER co-oay. She was going to order these tests and injections without examing me first, I asked her to come over so I can show her the areas of concern which she did but she never physically touched me to exam what was going on. In the past I was just use to a full exam

She did a good job with what knowledge i felt she had. She was able to diagnose something new but going forward was alot of wait & see and we can try this or that. She was caring & compassionate which i definitely like but the going forward left me somewhat unsettled.

Provider Eckstein was very thorough. She listened to all of my history and answered every concern I had. We came to an agreement on my health plan. She also explained to me about another procedure she thought I would do well with. I just moved from California and was happy I was referred to the pain clinic.
