She's amazing! I feel i can open up and my feelings are heard. She helps you make healthy goals and ways to cope with life's ups and downs. I feel alot lighter after our appointments.

I have found Dr. Hayes to be very understanding and helpful. She reviews my records and is well prepared for our meetings. She explains things well. This was the first time in a long while that I met in person. I had a lot of loss and grief to process this time. I felt a little rushed in my meeting with her and wondered if she had other people to meet with right away.

Only problem is being able to talk to a person when I call about refill of medication. Dr helped me by telling me to call for refills at least 4 days before I run out.

Stephanie cares about me and takes care of my needs. She is encouraging and helpful. She explains my medications and different options. We meet as often as necessary. I like her careful attention to my medical records and lab work.
