Very kind and thoughtful

As I mentioned earlier I was very happy with the excellent care I received from Susan Manske!

I voiced a couple concerns, but she did not address these at all. They were minor concerns.

Lovely, patient and listens to my concerns

Susan was friendly and professional. She answered my questions thoroughly and asked good questions of me to help her with my visit.

She had my back listening to what was wrong set up other appointments

Susan explained things well and made sure I was comfortable for the MRI. I knew I was in good hands.

Have provider be open and listen when patient says they would rather not change something that is working

Just making me feel heard even though I tend to ramble on

It didn’t feel very personalized.

Just to clearly communicate the process of after appointment setup of ultrasound, as they are not able to immediately set up after the order is put in, it has an approval system it needs to go through first.

She answered my questions and is very nice

She needs to address the all the problems I addressed to her.

Not very personable and did not take time to get to know be being it was the first time meeting with me

Susan was great!

She was a good listener, compassionate, and informative.

I think my interaction with Susan was not intentional on her part. I think she believed she was doing her best in the moment and wanted to do well. However, I think there is a greater focus on the science rather than the art of interaction which often comes from years of practice and experience learning to “read” a patient’s emotional needs and level of understanding. I don’t know how much education medical staff have in psychology but it may not be enough.
