Tamara P Gonzalez Copo, MD

Dr. Tamara González Copo is originally from Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. Her journey into medicine began in the vibrant city of Ponce, where she completed her undergraduate studies with a strong foundation in science at the Pontifical Catholic University. She then pursued her medical degree at San Juan Bautista School of Medicine, where her passion for pediatric medicine grew.

After medical school, Dr. González Copo moved to Grand Rapids Michigan, where she completed her Pediatrics residency through Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital. Captivated by the community and natural beauty of West Michigan, she chose to make Grand Rapids her home.

During her free time, she enjoys exploring Michigan’s trails and charming small towns, traveling to new places, and indulging in ice cream on occasion
