You could sense she's smart, caring, not 'tainted' not sure how to describe it, professional. I have to admit, in 10 years, she's the first provider that proposed a solution to solve a insurance provider work around I could have been doing since my first Diabetes Diagnosis. In context, she was a solutions architect putting me, the patient first, and presented an option that would of empowered me for better outcomes, had any previous provider held that context. Seriously, that is unique and special.

She is a very caring person. She actually takes her time to explain things to you. She doesn't try to rush you. She treats you like you really matter to her.

Took time to listen and asked several times if there is anything else she could do for me.
