Provider was excellent!! However as with All Providers I don’t understand why the patient has to do a lot of the work through My Chart. It’s a good tool but I have no idea what most of the results mean as I’m not trained in medical jargon. I did call the office and requested Terri review and someone to call me back. The person who saw me, Teri Duran...a substitute PA, asked pertinent questions, as well as addressing my concerns, as taking over the counter drugs for pain that should not be taken together or are compatible. I received a phone call the next day from a physical therapy facility to create an appointment. I appreciated the efficiency.
