As I said, he's the most professional PA I know. He's thorough and covers everything that needs to be done. He's also compassionate and caring.

I've had great experiences with them. But I wasn't able to have one virtually, my first time trying that, because I had to wait too long and couldn't wait any longer. After 40 minutes of waiting, I had things to do and I was starving because I hadn't eaten lunch yet. That's my only complaint. Thank you
