Doctor Dierker is great. I did suggest to the nurse that the pre-appointment checklist questionnaire should breakdown pain level into internal or external pain or both. My pain was just external, so I did not rate it so highly as if it had been an internal pain. I'm sure this is part of the EPIC system, maybe somebody in the office can talk to their rep and recommend that they look at this
