The doctor and his office are good/. My issues are all with Spectrum/Corewell as they seem to control much of when appointments will be canceled, which they did in this case without the doctor's office knowledge. Spectrum/Corewell needs to step aside and let the individual doctor's offices decide what is best for their patients. The control that Spectrum/Corewell yields hurts the individual practices and prevents a better rating. The rating for the doctors office is a ten the rating for Spectrum/Corewell is a one.
