Tony Hoholik, PA-C

I’m originally from the Upper Peninsula, growing up in the small town of Manistique. I moved to West Michigan to attend Grand Valley State University, where I earned my bachelor’s degree in clinical Exercise Science and fell in love with the West Michigan area.  I am a Board-Certified Physician Assistant with a passion for family medicine.

I chose this field because I value building long-term relationships with patients and supporting their health through every stage of life. I joined Partners in Family Health because their mission to promote whole-person care—physical, mental, and spiritual—aligns with my own

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active outdoors, cooking at home, and watching football. I’m also a proud Green Bay Packers owner!  But don't hold that against me. I am rooting just as strongly for the Lions.  Our office is accepting new patients, and we participate with most insurances and networks.
