Shes great at first she seemed a little cold and it gave me anxiety but as the appointment went on she seemed sweet and friendly and it helped me relax alot. Id definitely go to her again if I needed.

Appreciated that she gently explained what happened to me, what was needed to fix it instead of storming in telling us, she was clear, concise and offered hope of getting back to life

I’ve seen her for a couple years now. I had 2 surgeries back to back (recovered from one, then got the next one). I was so happy with her at the very first appointment. She didn’t delay care. She didn’t make me jump through hoops just to have someone help me get better (doing surgery). She had someone schedule surgery right away & I was so happy I chose to see her. I was a little upset with the after care of my first surgery because I was in excruciating pain for months & her office was not willing to help me. I understand the opioid crisis is a very real thing but they wouldn’t give me anything else for pain so I was absolutely miserable. However, I chose to get my next surgery anyway & this time, it was so much better. They took care of me the day of surgery so that I was comfortable from the start & that made all the difference. They gave me an extra nerve block before discharging me & that was the best thing they could’ve ever done for me. I was able to stay ahead of the pain & it has made the last few months so much better than I expected. She really listened to me this time around & understood the amount of pain I was in with my first surgery. She found a solution that she was comfortable with, that didn’t involve me prescribing anything more than usual. I didn’t care what she had to do, I just didn’t want to feel that pain again & she really worked hard to make sure that didn’t happen. I’m so thankful for everything she’s done. Both my surgeries were successful & she is a great surgeon. I felt like she really cared. She’s so down to earth & I felt so comfortable with her. I have to see another type of orthopedic surgeon for another issue & I’m sad I have to see someone else. I’m not sure I’ll find someone as great as Dr. Erard!

Talk slower, I have hearing loss (i do wear aids). Tell me if a prescription is going to be called in and how / when to take the drug.

I guess I was a bit overwhelmed with the extend of my foot arthritis that I couldn't take in and remember what she suggested for surgery options. I should have asked for some type of print out to read later.

She did it excellent job on the surgery of my foot.

When I first starting seeing her, I was unsure how I felt about her. Now, I love her being my doctor/ surgeon. She does what needs to be done, is very helpful, and just genuinely cares about how she can make things better

There were several things I forgot to ask during my office visit and requested through My Chart once I was home. I was pleased to get such a fast response.

As I said before she highly suggested trying non-invasive ideas rather than jump right into surgery.

Dr. Erard is a consummate professional. She is absolutely at the top of her profession. I can't think of someone I would recommend more.

Mostly good. I get bothered by nurses and PA s that tell you have to see the doc to have the doc tell you that you don't need anything.
