Umayr Azimi, MD is an internist with medical expertise in multiple areas of medicine but currently is focused on ambulatory/primary care medicine and obesity medicine. He is dual board certified in Internal Medicine as well as Obesity Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Obesity Medicine.Dr. Azimi was born and raised in the Ann Arbor, Michigan area. He has spent most of his life in Michigan, choosing to establish his practice here, to give back to his home state and community. He is passionate about health and promoting healthy living with his patients. He offers various services such as general primary care, urgent care, wellness services such as promoting IV Infusions, Medical Weight Loss including obesity management, nutritional support and injectable medications. Dr. Azimi takes a holistic approach to health and loves working and educating his patients on how they can be their best selves.
