Always professional and helpful

She took enough time to look back in my charts to get my history and wanted to make sure that we got my ear swelling under control.

I have previously noted her many professional characteristics. I am grateful to have been her patient. One more thing: I mentioned to her that I needed a refill for a long-term drug I am prescribed. She had it filled shortly after I arrived home. That's a level of efficiency and courtesy that I have never before encountered.

Easy to relate to. She was encouraging and gave good common sense advice.

Valerie explains things and got a test ordered for me right away. She got back with me same day with results. She was very concerning and treated me well.

She made me feel very comfortable listened to.me and was concerned with helping me. And knew exactly what to do for me to get better, my daughter was getting married the following Saturday and I was so upset I wouldn't be there for her. She reassured me that she would do her best to get me feeling better so I could be there. I was pleased she was so thoughtful.

Presented her with an issue and she gave me a resolution to only fixing a small part of that issue. When I suggested an alternative, it was completely ignored. Will not be seeing her or anyone apart of this office again.

Hopefully, the next visit is not a waste of time. Would’ve been nice to get the call back I was told I would. Would be nice if the reference I got for my immediate health concern picked up the phone and called back. I’ve got called them back twice since yesterday leaving voice messages with no response.

I like the privacy afforded the patient when weighing us. i.e. scale in the exam room, not in the hall.
