I thought this staff member was super friendly and easy to talk to. She listened fully and gave suggestions in words we understood. She gave us options about our care and allowed us to make the choice and not force one upon us.

She was mundane, did not really care. When asked a question her response was “ what am I supposed to do with that information “ I did not feel she was into helping us.
