Everything went smoothly and quickly I was never waiting for long and I feel that the whole team was very nice and extremely knowledgeable but also listened to me and actually considered what I said. At no point did I feel as though I was being ignored or not believed with anything discussed. That feeling of " we're all adults here so we can discuss things as such " made it easy to see I can trust these people to be straight with me.
