I understand that doctors have hundreds of patients but she comes in ready to hear me and already knows key details of my medical history so I don't have to explain my past history every time I see her.

It’s time time time you wait too long to be seen once you go in the back. I had to wait an hour to be seen by my primary, but I love her dearly so I don’t mind the way, but other people might.
