Dr. Hanna has been my PCP for more than a decade. She goes above and beyond and spend the time answering any questions that you have. She’s very thorough, compassionate and caring. I trust her with everything regarding my health.

She is so fast with me and it’s like she doesn’t hear my concerns or questions. I have ADD and struggle trying to understand things and ask questions trying to understand I’ve even tried staying quiet and waiting to ask questions thinking maybe that’s my problem and each visit is the same. When it’s my turn it’s fast she does what she has to do and off she goes. Ignoring me. I feel like I’m a burden.

The only complaint I have is I was freezing cold, probably had a fever, and I asked the doctor for a blanket. She said she would tell someone to bring me one, but I never got one. The PA or NP and the nurses and the respiratory lady and xray tech were all so very nice and attentive.
