I had some technical difficulties while attempting to access the online/virtual appointment, that caused me to be late. However, the provider was kind enough to circle back to me in order for me to still be able to keep it. I truly appreciated that.

Both providers I saw were attentive and genuinely listened and cared about what I had to say. The only issue I had was when I got my covid booster, it did hurt quite a bit the next day. I was hoping that skilled nurses could avoid causing discomfort like that
