Last time I saw Dr Frauenheim, the frond check in was difficult for everyone coming in as the technology wasn’t allowing Seniors to figure out how to use it. This time a staff person was there to assist everyone with any issues. No one was frustrated or angry. This was a Hugh improvement and very appreciated by everyone. Also patient’s were ready when their name was called and everything went so well. This change made a big improvement.
