As I stated before, Dr Ward had some big shoes to fill when he came here, and he has done so by being very professional, shows a little smile and personality now and then, is very gentle. I believe the only thing that would be a negative is the time constraint on the appointment if other issues arrive and there is no time for discussion. And that basically I believe is not his fault. Sometimes an older female, such as myself may have several things that need attention so I might not fit into a 20 minute appointment.

I have no complaints of Dr Ward.

My nurse Erin was very good. She listened and was very caring. I had a better experience with her than Dr Ward. I was hesitant to speak with Dr Ward due to being recorded. Dr Quion was the best Dr I've experienced at this practice. He was so kind and so caring and so through. I felt cared about as a patient with him.

Service was fine

Both the nurse and the MD are very thoughtful and explain the various steps in the interview and the gathering of facts process.

I was there only an Hour or lest and I had a1c test too

The only thing I would ask would be that it would be easier to get a rapid appointment. I know they can only see so many patients a day but I did have to wait quite a while to get this appointment when I was actually in need a week to 10 days earlier (dealing with chronic bronchitis and laryngitis)
