Great doctor, very thorough.

I’ve seen this Dr. several times in the past & felt heard and seen. He’d always given me great information. But, I did not feel listened to as I asked about my ears which, in the past gets an unusual amount of earwax. He didn’t even look. I was disappointed as I felt the visit was very mechanical & quick. I did have some other questions, but the visit was over so, fast I actually forgot.

Yujin Oh gave me the correct feedback.

I appreciated his explanation of my knee issue. I did not appreciate his discussion of how to properly clean my ears, as it was unrelated to my issue (feeling blocked but knowing it wasn’t excess wax). I wish he would have given me feedback after he checked my ear and had taken my age and intelligence into account.

It’s cutting me off. He is very rude. He doesn’t seem to care about patient strictly business with him and the business is not even done correctly.

Your nurses were excellent. I did not have one bad nurse. They put up a lot with people being mean and yelling and screaming. I felt so bad for them, but they handled it with Grace. I appreciated them and I treated them the way that I would want to be treated and they treated me very well.
