He has pulled me out of some really tough times more than once he’s great

thoroughness using his expertise to get to the root cause of my health concern, methodically eliminating potential causes to arrive at a conclusion. His thoughtful interactions, never rushing/being in a rush. So grateful he’s my PCP/Health Coordinator

He's a gentle soft speaker but it would be nice if he can speak a little louder so he can be herd better. I appreciate him alot for his service and kindness.

He is excellent at explaining conditions and goals so that I never feel left in the dark.

I would like to see more natural solution suggestions. I am getting a new bed and am hoping that helps me. Maybe more nutrition and activity recommendations.

He always takes time with his patients and never makes me feel he's in a hurry or doesn't want to take time to listen to my concerns. He's very kind and pleasant. I'm totally satisfied with the care I receive from him.

He is kind, knowledgeable, and explains things in a way that you can understand. The only frustration I have since Corewell took over is it is hard to schedule a non-emergent, but necessary appointment when central office help doesn't know you and are not familiar with you medical issues.

He needs to care more about his patients health needs himself instead of referring them to another provider and having more information for his patients health problems unless it is really needed. I myself I need to lose weight witch I'm having trouble doing myself if he had information about how to instead of referring us to a different provider he would have more respect like my family doctor Dr. Sutter before he retired. He was for his patients then referring to someone else. I really appreciate his caring and faithfulness with his patience.

One of The best doctor ever

I had let him know how hard it is to actually talk to someone in his office and how I ended up going to Trinity walk in when I had a deep chesty cough for almost two weeks and could not get an appointment for yet days out. Dr. Knoer said that who I end up talking to on line are people probably in GR or any other place and to next time tell them that we are friends and that he would want to hear from me.

Dr. Knoer reviews all aspects of care, and considers options

Again once one is physically in the office or speaking directly to the in office staff it is excellent. However the layers a person has to go through to get to that point is daunting and it a definite barrier to care. It takes me, a healthcare professional triple the time of other organizations to get through. I see this as a serious barrier to care.
